Core Principle

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We adhere to the principles of fairness and sincerity, and provide a standardized return and refund service for all products. All our earrings are rigorously tested by professional third-party institutions before shipment, but if you have any questions about the product quality or size after receipt, we will solve them for you wholeheartedly.

Time Limit

For quality issues (non-human damage, such as material inconsistency, craftsmanship defects, or non-artificial oxidation), you can apply for return, refund or exchange within 90 calendar days from the date of receiving the product. For non-quality issues (such as size mismatch, change of mind), you can apply for return or refund within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.Return applications submitted beyond the corresponding time limit will not be accepted, please understand.

Eligibility for Return & Refund

To ensure the health and safety of all customers (earrings are intimate wearing accessories), returns and refunds are only accepted if the product meets the following conditions:

① The product is unused, brand-new and in its original condition (no scratches, no wear, no oxidation of the metal surface) for non-quality issue returns;

② For quality issue returns, the product should retain basic integrity, and be accompanied by relevant photos/videos to prove the quality problem;

③ The original packaging, jewelry box, cleaning cloth and other accessories are kept complete and undamaged;

④ The product label and anti-counterfeiting mark (if any) are not torn or damaged;

⑤ No artificial damage caused by improper wearing, storage or maintenance.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns and refunds are not available for the following situations, please refer to:

① Customized products (if any);

② Products with incomplete packaging/accessories or damaged labels/anti-counterfeiting marks (except for quality issues that cause accessory damage);

③ Products with wear, oxidation or damage caused by human factors;

④ Products that have been altered or processed by a third party without our authorization;

⑤ Normal wear and tear (such as slight scratches from daily wear) that does not affect use.

Return & Refund Process

  1. Apply for Return : Contact our customer service team via official email/website customer service/ social media, and provide your order number, product photos/videos (to prove quality issues if applicable) and detailed reasons for return/refund;
  2. Confirm & Get Address : Our customer service will verify your application within 1-2 working days. After the application is approved, we will send you the official return address and shipping notes via email;
  3. Ship the Product Back : Pack the product and all original accessories well, and ship them to the designated address with a traceable logistics method (please note your order number on the package);
  4. Inspect & Refund/Exchange : We will inspect the returned product within 2-3 working days after receiving it. If it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund or exchange immediately; if the conditions are not met, we will contact you and return the product to you with the logistics cost borne by the buyer.

Refund Method & Time

① All refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit card/PayPal,etc.), and the refund amount is the actual payment amount of the product;

② The refund processing time is subject to the rules of your payment platform, generally 3-7 working days (bank processing time is not included). We will notify you by email once the refund is initiated.

Shipping Fee Responsibility

Quality Issue : If the product has quality problems (non-human damage) confirmed by our inspection, the round-trip shipping fee will be borne by our brand, regardless of whether it is within 14 days or 90 days;

Non-Quality Issue : If the return is caused by personal reasons, the shipping fee for returning the product will be borne by the buyer; the shipping fee for resending the exchanged product will be borne by the buyer as well;

③ The original shipping fee for the order is non-refundable in any case.
