1. –Do your earrings really fit sensitive ears? Will they trigger allergies?

–Yes! All our earrings are specially designed for sensitive ears. We use 925 sterling silver as the base, 14K thick gold plating, and lead-free & cadmium-free eco copper in the alloy, with ZERO added nickel. Every piece passes rigorous testing by professional third-party institutions to ensure no harmful metals leach out. Most sensitive ear girls can wear them comfortably all day.

2. –How to prove the product materials are transparent and safe?

–We adhere to strict material transparency. We publicly disclose all raw materials (925 sterling silver, 14K thick gold, eco copper) on the product page. Besides, we can provide detailed third-party test reports for any product upon request. You can contact customer service to obtain the report after placing an order.

3. –How long can the 14K thick gold plating last without fading?

–Our 14K thick gold plating is 20 times thicker than ordinary plated jewelry. With proper daily care (avoid contact with chemicals and wipe dry after sweating), it can maintain its bright shine for about 12 months. If stored well when not in use, it can even retain the shine for a much longer time.

二. Size Adaptation

1. –How to choose the right size for hoop earrings?
   –Measure the distance from your ear piercing to the edge of your earlobe with a ruler, then add 1mm to get your perfect fit.

2. –What if the earring feels loose after wearing?

–If the earring feels too loose and easy to fall off after wearing, please contact our customer service with photos or videos of your wearing situation, and we will provide professional suggestions for you. If the problem is caused by product craftsmanship defects, we will handle it in accordance with our 90-day return and refund policy for quality issues.

三. Maintenance Methods

1. –Can I wear the earrings while bathing or exercising?

— Our earrings are sweatproof and waterproof, so you can wear them during light exercise or short showers. However, prolonged contact with hot water, shampoo, body wash, or sweat may accelerate plating wear. We recommend taking them off before swimming (chlorine water) or long-term strenuous exercise, and wiping them dry with a soft cloth after sweating.

2. –How to store the earrings when not wearing them?

–Store the earrings in the original jewelry box or a sealed plastic bag to isolate air and prevent tarnishing. Avoid placing them in humid environments (such as bathrooms) or mixing them with other hard jewelry (to prevent scratches). You can also put a small desiccant in the storage box to keep it dry.

四. Orders & Logistics

1. –How long does it take to ship after placing an order?

–For in-stock products, we usually ship your order within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a logistics tracking number, and you can check the shipping status via the tracking number. For pre-order products, the shipping time will be clearly stated in advance on the product detail page, please pay attention to check it.

2. –Can I cancel or modify my order?

–You can cancel or modify your order (such as changing the shipping address) within 12 hours of placing it. Please contact customer service immediately with your order number. Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it; you can apply for return after receiving the product according to the return policy.
